Level Three
If you feel called to come together with other sisters to explore the Legacy of Women, this is the retreat for you. In this retreat we explore how we can Support Women Across Nations to bring healing to ourselves, each other, our family, Mother Earth and All Our Relations. We will experience the power of connection and changes we can make when more than one gathers together.
A moving meditation will be shown that can create balance and loving support for women across the world. Private time in your visioning circle will be available each day for you to nurture and dream your creations. Each evening we will do ceremony to send healing into the world and feed the seeds of our dreams.
We will nourish ourselves with a highly nutritious antioxidant juice called Fruta Vida which translates into The Fruit of Life. As we drink this powerful drink six times each day, we will send healing into the world as we rejuvenate our bodies, mind and spirit with the fruit of life. Along with this wonderful drink we will also drink a Superfood green drink nourishing us with healthful greens. We will add small amounts of fruits, salads and nuts as we are guided. At the end of this retreat you will be rejuvenated and ready to return to your community to share by example how to dream a new world into being. We will know that we are connected to the web of life and to the sisterhood across the nations. Together we can create an energy field around the earth of loving support for All Our Relations, knowing that through LOVE all is possible.

Sat. July 12
We drink our special Fruta Vida and Superfood before leaving on our journey to connect with the Grandmothers in an Ancient Canyon. There will be time to play in the streams and walk in nature as we settle into this magical place.
Sun. July 13
Morning circle will help us to get to know each other and set our individual and group intentions. There will be time to explore this beautiful place and find a magical place where we can create a Medicine Wheel to visit each day as we commune with nature and the Wisdom Keepers. We feed our bodies with Fruta Vida and the Superfood and feed our souls through connection to All Our Relations. Tonight we gather around the fire, drumming, singing, dancing and telling our stories.
July 14 -17
Each morning we open the energy with our moving meditation, then rejuvenate our physical well being through the Tibetan Rites and Energy Medicine techniques. After drinking our health drinks, we come together in circle to share our gifts and wisdom exploring how we can create a new earth that supports future generations to live in a world that is full of beauty, peace and loving support.
July 18
After our morning circle gathering and giving gratitude for all we have received, we will pack and leave this Sacred Space. We return to Buffalo House and prepare to do a Full Moon Purification Lodge to celebrate our transformation.
