Level Two
This retreat is for you if you wish is to do a deep cleansing process for the body, mind and spirit. Our diet will be the Master Cleanse consisting of drinking a healthy juice made from organic lemons, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. This is a wonderful cleanse for the liver and intestinal tract, also the B vitamins in the maple syrup give us plenty of energy and keep us from being hungry. Colonics will be available for those wishing to have this added support for their process. As we purify our bodies we will engage in deep personal healing that will also heal all our relations and our Mother, the Earth. Shamanic sessions will be offered to clear the luminous energy field of sludge from our past and present lives. Other shamanic energy practices will be shared to enable you to go home with techniques of value for yourself and others. Julie is a graduate of the Light Body School from the Four Winds. She also went to Peru and gained much knowledge from the Q'ero Elders. Julie is studying Energy Medicine with Donna Eden and will be sharing a lot of these techniques with participants. During this retreat we will learn the Fountain of Youth Tibetan Rites.
Schedule for Level Two:
Sunday, June 29:
We will open the energy today with a 5 minute Energy Medicine routine and learn the 5 Tibetan Rites. Then we will prepare our lemon drink to start our cleanse. You may choose to support your cleanse by receiving a colonic.
In the afternoon we will pack up and journey to Cochiti Canyon where there will be time to explore this magical place and find a special spot to create your own sacred circle. Each day there will be time to go your circle and commune with nature and the Ancient Ones. Later we'll gather in circle to share our stories and our dreams before going to sleep under Grandmother Moon's watchful eyes as we dream courageously of what we want to manifest during this transformational time.
June30-July 3
During these next few days we'll enter into a state of quietness as we honor the Balsmic phase of the moon. This is a time for shedding what no longer grows corn for us. As we enter the place of darkness on the New Moon, there is a special energy for setting our intentions knowing that all possibilities exist. In ceremony we celebrate with each other, our Mother the Earth and our Father the Sky the creation of our intentions. Each day we work with the shamanic practices and energy techniques taking us deeper into our healing. Each evening we create ceremony to honor the teachings.
July 4-5
As the 4th of July is sometimes a noisy holiday we will return to the center to replenish and celebrate in a quiet way with each other. Those that choose may get a colonic to support the cleansing process. July 5, Sat. we have the opportunity to sit in circle with others and share our wisdom or you may take this time to just Be.
July 6-11
We return to our Sacred Canyon and continue to go deeper into our healing. Spending time alone, getting private sessions, working in group to support each other and send healing into the world is our agenda for a few days. This is an excellent time to do visioning for what you want to create. OnJuly 11 we will regroup for re-entry into the world in a new way; with a new body, mind and spirit, feeling free to create dream our wildest dreams.

Included in this price is all food and supplements that go with the Master Cleanse, colonics, transportation to and from pick up site to the center and to and from the mountains, camping equipment, tent, towels, camp soap, lodging at the center, teachings, shamanic and energy medicine sessions, ceremonies, sage, sweet grass, tobacco, and use of drums and rattles.
You may attend this retreat on a day by day basis for $200 per day.
