Regular 5-Day Detox Program
This is a great way to cleanse and support the body, mind,
and spirit for those of you that do not have the energy (money or time) to commit to a longer program. We drink Fruta
Vida (the Fruit of Life), a drink that comes to us from the Amazon rainforest and contains Açai, a dark jungle berry
that contains antioxidants, omega 3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids, vitamins A and C, and other phyotonutrients. Açai has
been hailed by Oprah Winfrey and the NBC Today Show as one of the healthiest fruits ever discovered. Scientists are learning
Açai may fight free radicals, boost brain activity, keep arteries flowing smoothly, support healthy cholesterol levels, and
make skin more healthy and supple.
Also included in Fruta Vida drink is Cupuaçu which offers the
exotic taste of the Amazon. It boasts loads of health benefits as it provides over 10 types of antioxidants and is rich in

My experience with this program has been positive. It was very easy to do
and I had a lot of energy. I also lost five pounds that I needed to lose. I have continued to drink Fruta Vida
