On this page you will find information which sets forth our policy concerning payment, cancellation and refund of fees for Retreats, Quests, etc. and Guest Rooms, both non-holiday and holiday. Please read them carefully and if you have any questions, please ask them prior to making reservations or sending payment. Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to hearing from you.
RETREATS, QUESTS, ETC.

Deposit
 
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due within ten (10) days of registration. Balance of money must be paid 60 days prior to the start of the event you will be attending.
 
Cancellations and Refunds
 
If all fees have been paid prior to balance due date (60 days prior to start of event), and a cancellation is made prior to balance due date (60 days prior to start of event), all fees paid will be refunded, less the $50 non-refundable deposit.
 
There are no refunds after balance due date.
 
Fees from cancellations made after balance due date can be applied to some retreats, private retreats, or some other opportunities we offer, within one year of cancellation date.
 
 
 
GUEST ROOMS  -  NON-HOLIDAY
 
Deposit
 
A deposit of 50% of total price is due within ten (10) days of booking date. Remainder is due upon arrival.
 
Cancellations and Refunds
 
Cancellation of accommodations must be made, by confirmed mail, email, or fax, 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Under these conditions, all monies will be refunded, less the $50.00 per room non-refundable processing fee.
 
If cancellation notice is not received 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. The monies paid will be held on account for accommodations up to one year from original booking date, less the $50.00 per room non-refundable processing fee.
 
 
 
GUEST ROOMS - HOLIDAY
 
Deposit
 
A deposit of 50% of total price is due within ten (10) days of booking date. Remainder is due upon arrival.
 
Cancellations and Refunds
 
Cancellation of accommodations must be made, by confirmed mail, email, or fax, 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Under these conditions, all monies will be refunded, less the $50.00 per room non-refundable processing fee.
 
If cancellation notice is not received 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. The monies paid will be held on account for accommodations up to one year from original booking date, less the $50.00 per room non-refundable processing fee.
