CLEANSE - REPLENISH - REVITALIZE
All of our detox's and cleanse programs are nurturing and gentle. We
do this as we embrace our feminine nature.
9-Day Cleanse
With Isagenix Cleansing and Fat Burning System. We will be using the Fast Start 9-day Cleansing program. The
first two days we use a liquid mineral supplement (red juice) that contains Aloe Vera Gel, 70 organic Plant Source Trace Minerals,
Suma tea, Pau D’Arco tea, Fennel Seed tea, Burdock tea, Siberian Ginseng tea, Peppermint tea, Licorice tea, Lipotropic
Blend, Choline Bitartrate,Inositol, Betaine HCL, Vitamin C, B3, B6, B12, Potassium and fruit juice. This formula is designed
to feed the body, not starve it, while you are cleansing. The next 5 days we drink 2 Isalean shakes, which has over 100 nutrients,
balanced amino acids, organic whey to maintain and support lean muscle, and specific digestive enzymes. During this 9-day
period we will also eat one healthy, regular meal each day. The last two days we finish this program with the special juice
we had the first few days. Healthy snack wafers, another part of the nutrition plan, are available to munch on when you are
hungry.
Within the first 24-48 hours your body burns the fat fast, sometimes causing those who are overweight to lose
5 – 10 pounds. Natural accelerator capsules provide energy and stamina and supports long-term weight management.
This
program also helps to reduce ones desire for sugar. It seems to lower cholesterol and high blood pressure.

COST:
The cost for the above described cleanse is only $1,150. If you would like to enhance the effects
of the cleanse, you can add 3 (three) Colonics during the program for only $150 more, for $1,300. There is a $200 non-refundable
deposit due within 10 days of booking to hold your space. $150 of the money is used to purchase your detox kit and the
other $50 is our usual non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 60 days before the
retreat begins. You need to arrive the day before the retreat begins. You may leave at the end of whatever time you've
chosen to be a part of the retreat. In the case of people staying the entire 9 days, you may leave the night of the day the
retreat is over, or you may choose to leave the day after the retreat is over. These two nights are included in the cost.
If you choose to leave the day the retreat is over, please make reservations for the evening, taking into account the hour
long shuttle ride from Santa Fe to Albuquerque Sunport. Unless you choose to fly out of Santa Fe. Please advise us of your
travel plans as soon as they are confirmed. This will enable us to better accommodate each individual's needs and preferences.
INCLUDED:
All meals, except for two lunches (probably away from the center) which you will be responsible for.
OPTIONS:
You may also combine this cleanse with a Retreat, and/or a Healing
Vision Quest focusing on teachings of Ancient Womens' Ways, ceremonies, and exploration of sacred sites.
